YouConnect Conclusion

Overall, I have enjoyed doing YouConnect assignment this semester. I have gained much new knowledge by utilizing substantial resources and the textbook.  I also learned more about myself and my management style. From this YouConnect application, I learned about management specifically to how I manage my life or my organization. The key things that would probably stick with me after this are probably on using and utilizing resources, the four aspects of management, and the importance of making decisions. These assignments have helped me to explore myself and management better. In the future too, I hope I can explore myself more, and also explore real-world more through these four aspects of management.
